This privacy policy explains how BeachAce OÜ (trademark KONA Oficial Baltics, hereinafter “we”) collects and processes the personal data of users of the online store konaoficialbaltics.com/ in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Web hosting and e-mail service provider (zone.ee / Zone Media OÜ)
  • Google Ireland Ltd — web analytics (Google Analytics) and ad measurement (Google Ads); only with your cookie consent
  • Centre of Registers and Information Systems (RIK) — when you enter a company name at checkout, your browser queries the public search service of the e-Business Register to suggest the correct company and fill in the registry code automatically. Only the part of the name you entered is sent in the query.

We keep personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes or as required by law (e.g. accounting source documents for 7 years).

You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, restrict processing, object to processing and receive your data in a portable format.
